@BritishGasHelp You’re right. It’s not good and it’s not good enough.

@BritishGasHelp But ignore my tweets. You’re not here to help. Over 12 hours with no electricity, hot water or heating. You’ve admitted fault but won’t do anything about it. 4 hours on the phone, and nothing

@BritishGas @BritishGasHelp still no electricity and no one to call to get an engineer out. I was told it was their fault in setting up our account but no one would help and no engineer sent out. @BritishGas you have been awful

@BritishGas @BritishGasHelp imagine this. 2 hours on the phone to BG and passed to 20 different people. We have been told it it BG fault we have no electricity but no one is accountable for it. Come 8pm, I am told the phone lines close and the advisor hangs up on me

@KTHopkins What a disgusting woman. @KTHopkins I’m outraged by the way you have spoken about another human being, another woman and a young lady. Shame on you-You’re an embarrassment to yourself.

@CostaCoffee seriously how could they get it so wrong! I can’t drink caffeine or cows milk so just wasted £8 and I’ve still got no coffee to drink!! Not happy. Plus your staff were openly arguing with each other in front of the customers!!

@CostaCoffee Popped to my local costa to pick up my usuals. Decaf Coconut vanilla latte&hazelnut latte with no cream. Costa “baristas” arguing as neither of them know what they’re doing and I get home, start drinking and I’ve got a caffeinated latte w cows milks & latte w cream
