@5Solas2 all those saying "its christian scientist saying it too" Yeah duhh, they are just as much influenced by atheists as Turrek is. If you dont follow the evolution religion you dont even get a place in any science community. They wont publish you.

@AbaddonSpeaks if Jesus is just 'a' god than you are all idolaters breaking the first commandment.

@Emmachuuks mass moves mass. The heavier your the lower the weight is relative to your body. Being low bf% not only makes you weaker but also significantly increases injury risk, which is why many bodybuildes have injured themselves close to competition

@LaurenWitzkeDE Girl get off x for a while. Cause clearly you dont understand that war has a price. Putin started this, not Zelensky. This is like arguing the soviets shouldve just given up and surrender to Hitler just because they lost a lot of men. War is awful. Thats what it it

@farmingandJesus i'd say because Asians cause no trouble and actually assimilate in society. I totally disagree with the CN guys. But its factually true that black culture (read culture not perse people) is toxic and bad for society. Black culture is full of drill rap, violence and immorality

@ultronlift there are so much better exercises than this one. for one the weight rests for a large part on the feet instead of the arms and the range is so limited. Cable tricep extentions are just way better

@farmingandJesus @Brian_Sauve Sauvé like the other CN self glorifiers are completly off the narrow road with their unchristlike behaviour. They'll keep going more extreme to satisfy the ungodly conservative extreme right. Hopefully they'll one day stop, look around and realise they wandering in a swamp

@LiftbyEnubilous to a certain point this is true, but if you become a form fanatic like i used to be you'll quickly plateau and stop making gains. You gotta lift heavy and sometimes that means a few last cheatreps to go beyond failure for max stimulus

@YourCalvinist Nay. Just ignore all those cool sounding nonsense exercises. A goblet squat is useless. Just do barbel squats, hack squats or leg squats and if you are luck in your gym, belt squats
