@united @unitedAirlines_ you changed my flight by 2 hours without telling me. Then you added a connection to the “nonstop” flight I paid for without telling me. I find this out on my way to the airport when loading my boarding pass. No apology? What gives?

Dear @Delta thanks for incorrectly booking my flight, then cancelling it, then threatening to charge me $1200 to fix it although it was your fault to begin with. Oh, and you sold my seat to someone else. #travelnightmare

I couldn’t get tickets for the sold out @Adele show, but managed to get my hands on tickets to #BravoCon2019 before they sold out in 1 minute

@larry_benda @SouthwestAir They can’t control the weather, but they can control customer service, and how the handle these situations. If they had the foresight to cancel flights days in advance, they could have had the foresight to staff more agents to accommodate phone lines and gate counters

@SouthwestAir cancels my flight TOMORROW, even though the snow stopped falling hours ago. Oh, and thanks for disconnecting my call after I waited on hold for 2 hours. Worst service EVER!! #BombCylone

@AmyBrownston @SouthwestAir I was supposed to attend a friend’s wedding on Saturday. Unfortunately, so was the rest of the bridal party. No word from @SouthwestAir and no call-backs after I was disconnected. I hope you still have time to re-book and enjoy your trip!

@kenzerbugRay I live in Capitol Hill! What are you doing tonight? I get out of work at 8 but I’m free to grab a late dinner or drinks since I don’t work tomorrow morning 😜
