@CapitalOneUK I actually find it rediculous the only way I can contact you is by phone, which is also an expense to me. It is 2026, not 1996? Capital One want to remove access to see my account, why is that acceptable?

@CapitalOneUK I've seen you are closing down the website, which says if you have any concerns to contact you. You only allow direct messages via the App now, which yes I would download if you allowed me. How can I contact someone via e-mail (I want your response in writing).

@NickLovesSpain It’s barbaric, and cruel, which a significant majority of españoles agree with. Also, although the ban in Catalunya was overturned back in 2016, there has been no attempt to bring it back. People can live without vile traditions, there’s many more traditions here to enjoy.

I contacted ⁦@AppleSupport⁩ about one of these dodgy apps in 2022, the response was ‘not our problem’ contact the developer, and then they ignored me. Be honest with the truth ⁦@Apple⁩ news.sky.com/story/i-was-de…

@QPRNORM Was tough, haven’t checked my time yet but it was dreadful. It was just about getting round, and now the focus is on next year.

What a day, first marathon in 8 years, followed by watching the Toon winning its first trophy in my lifetime.

A week today hopefully I’ll be suffering not because I want to, but because it means my first marathon in eight years is finally done. No matter what, I’m on that start line, and even though the time is going to be terrible, I just hope I reach the finish line.

@DeborahMeaden Love it, but how do you turn that into something that would look good in a home, so you don’t have to use a liquid soap bottle.

@MatthewStadlen Im surprised I’m even seeing your tweet (I follow you on a different account), it’s normally right wing shite these days, some of which I just have to mute. Although I’m still on here, I use it far less than before.

Back running again from Monday, it’s going to be tough, but needs to happen, and it’s time to get fit again. And at the end of week 25 I want to be on the start line for the Barcelona marathon and hopefully with 25kg off the waistline.

@ByrneLuc @Channel4 Fortunately watching on RTVE in Spain I got to see the end, although it also came with the talking. The last half was really good, and I’ve since discovered you can see the whole thing minus talking over the music on the Paralympics YouTube channel.

@scotjess3 @Channel4 @TheLastLeg Fortunately living in Spain I got to see it all, with no ads, think you missed about half an hour. It is on the Paralympics YouTube channel so you can still watch it.

@StaffPickFilms @TheCinesthetic Saw it in 1993 at the cinema, was so horrific you couldn’t cry, you were in total shock. You could of heard a pin drop when everyone left, total silence. I’ve watched it many times since. The last time I watched it was earlier this year, still as hard to watch as first time.

A run this Sunday, the weather still a bit warm, but it’s draining. It’s still going to be hard, it’s going to hurt, but I’m going to do it.

@canuckcarl It’s been horrible, don’t mind running in the heat but not used to it at the minute. Still warm, but bearable.

Definitely a run next week, when this horrendous heatwave ends. Need it so much at the minute.

@flamingosllamas I walk at least an hour a day, I do interval training every day, but what I need is a run.
