I hope she sees this in me: A man who values depth over display, craftsmanship over prestige, character over image, and building a quiet, meaningful life over chasing applause.

The opposite of loneliness, for me, isn't simply having someone in the room. It's being deeply understood. That's why ordinary moments matter so much to me—sharing a sunset, arguing over a sofa, choosing a dining table. They're about being known by the person sitting next to me

And if one day someone with a sweet smile and an annoyingly loud laugh walks through that front door... She won't be completing my home. She'll be joining a life that I had the courage to keep building. I think that's a beautiful way to begin the next chapter.

Fill it. Fill it with books. Fill it with coffee on quiet mornings. Fill it with the satisfaction of coming home after a meaningful day's work.

Love her by respecting her freedom. Support her because I genuinely care. Enjoy lunch because I enjoy her. If one day she reaches for my hand, I'll know it was her choice. Not because I waited long enough. But because, over time, she came to love the man standing in front of her.

Buy the home because it fits the life you can build today—not because it perfectly matches a future you can't yet know. Leave room for someone to make it your home together later.

True luxuries are these: 1. Working from home / staying nearer to your work place (less commuting time) 2. Wake up without an alarm 3. Having coffee without rushing 4. Peace at home (i.e. having quiet neighbours) 5. Having time for myself on weekends
