@johntownley11 Enhancing the experience for EVERYONE in the North Stand Upper should be undertaken. Concourse is crowded and unsafe, long queues for food/drink and just FOUR ladies toilets available for the whole of the Upper stand, is appalling - I queue for at least 20 minutes each game.
@DPDgroup_news tracking delivery of parcel, then sent a message saying that it is now being delivered to local pick up point. Delivery was not attempted by driver to property. Online chat system not helpful. Appalling service.

@AVFCStore I went into store to exchange a top that I’d been bought - like for like swop. I was was told that because it was bought online that they couldn’t ‘do anything.’ This is not clearly stated in your refunds section online. The level of costumer service received was poor.
@DVLAgovuk I need to renew my driving license (10 years) but also need to change my surname, due to marriage. My other forms of photo ID are in my married name, so I can’t renew as I don’t have ID. Can my licence be renewed/extended at the time I change my surname? Thank you.
