we will NOT be having a general meeting tomorrow, Wednesday April 14th, instead we will be holding our last bookclub meeting in Liv’s webex room. to accommodate for our guest speaker, we’ll be having two general meetings in a row, on April 21st and April 28th!

the death penalty needs to be abolished. research has proven it DOESN’T deter criminal activity and it’s incredibly racially biased. the cost for both trial and the execution process is 2 MILLION DOLLARS. that’s 3X more expensive than life without parole. it’s inhumane.
