@Hertz As you rep on a DM instructed last night, we went to counter upon return to address the unapproved charges on rental. They claimed they cant do anything to assist. I am requesting how to escalate this dispute & complaint about this location where this is a repeated issued.

@Hertz Incredibly frustrating when booked w a CDP which include roadside asst. pick up car, no charges to sign or approve. Handed keys. Get to destination. Look a folio and they added the daily roadside charge. Stop doing this!!

@ChickfilA assistance would be appreciated! Social responses also seem to be pick and choose 😑

@ChickfilA Everything about this company is efficient except reporting order issues. Sometimes you can report in the app in 10 sec. Today my ENTIRE order was wrong when I got home and no way to report it in app - an endless loop of links. Waste of money!

@ChickfilA Wait in the endless serve times at my local restaurant. Finally get my order and this is what they call a full beverage. This spot is killing me since they opened.

@MBonvoyAssist When are we going to be credited with our elite night credits for the spring promo re: credits for each stay at a different brand?

@nationalgridus Hour 7 - no power. No updates. Outage map is useless. But please do keep raising your rates. 🙄

@SouthwestAir Add these issues to the list of SW headaches this wk: Traveled Sunday on the east coast - had travel advisories for storms. Today, traveling thru Indy/Chicago with storm & tornado warnings - no travel advisories to permit changes. Inconsistent ops is the new norm.

And off goes a BWI to CVG as our pilot tells us we’re still in a hold. This is all after an absolute cluster at our gate and a boarding process that took FOREVER.

Really an abysmal day for @SouthwestAir - currently sitting parking on tarmac at BWI due to a “hold on departures going west” while I watch flights like BWI to CLE ride past us and take off.

@SouthwestAir First you had my flight under travel advisory which gave me more options to change. WHILE I was trying to book the change, it looks like you slapped a delay on it and now limited my choices.

@SouthwestAir You send me two texts overnight w options to changes my flights - I go in minutes ago and start booking a change to a noon flight. Your site errors out and then when I go back it, you’ve changed the available flights I can switch too for free. Come on - do better.

@MBonvoyAssist Platinum member currently staying in a property that is just not clean. Really do not want to stay here for the second night of my reservation - any assistance?

@Enterprise Cutting our business account discount means we shift all our business to the provider who has maintained our rate. We’d use Enterprise/National every trip if rates were comparable to others. A shame because your staff is elite compared to competitors.

@Hertz The Hertz at BWI has become an absolute NIGHTMARE. It’s been this way for months. Never any cars left. Your name will be on the board - nothing anywhere. Sent back inside to go wait in line. Some people being told they have to wait 45 minutes for a car.

Amen, Rick. One of my biggest pet peeves since the turn of time. Nothing sucks more than waiting forever for a presser as a losing team.

Rick Pitino: not a fan of the NCAA postgame media protocols 😳 "You should let the losing team go first, and then let the winning team have as long as you want. Just a suggestion. You just left us hanging out there for over a half hour"

@panerabread used to have the most underrated, fast casual bagels. A consistent staple the last 15 yrs that I’ve been stopping there. So of course they changed it to some new recipe in this downward spiral they can’t seem to get off of. And the new bagels are cheap trash 😭

@OldNavy Absolutelt zero clue where a package of 8 items has gone. Received a shipping notice on 3/11 - when following the tracking you see this. No package. No items. Nothing delivered.
