During this time of unease, anxiety, and unpredictability, know that you are not alone. Check in on the vulnerable, the sick, and health care workers (and our grocery staff!). Do your best so that we all feel supported and valued. Be selfless and be safe.

The FDA is cool with oxycontin and fentanyl driving the opioid epidemic and dirty romaine lettuce making us pee blood and go into kidney failure but it wants to ban e-cigarettes to help Big Tobacco and ban CBD to help Big Pharma. What a country.
