2. The nice thing about being half way up the hill of the week is the ability to look behind and see how much progress you’ve made so far.
The thing I like about the beginning of a week is having new opportunities.
The weather getting nicer and I am training more of my clients outside in Central Park - what a nice break from the usual for all of us.
I'm using the concept of Myofascial Integration when stretching my clients - It's helping my clients, especially those with sports injuries.
