Flew @airindia from Kolkata to New Delhi. What does a traveler want. (1) Quick and easy check-in, (2) Smooth boarding, (3) Nice cabin and seats (4) Good service from cabin staff (5) On time arrival and (6) Quick luggage delivery. When one gets all this, then it is a 10/10 score.

What’s on the airline front? South Korea #JejuAir crash with 176 sad deaths, #AirCanada plane catching fire and #KLM plane sliding off the runway. Thankfully no casualties on these flights. Hope flying gets safer. Prayers for the lost lives in Jeju Air.
