Restaurant reservations. Before: the phone rings during service, a waiter writes the name on a napkin, the napkin moves. After: the request lands in one place with time, party size and a callback number, and the floor sees it before the guest arrives.
The myth: automate your biggest, most repetitive task first. Most of our builds start smaller: the handoff. A Tripoli dialect bot answers, then passes the chat to a human with the context written down. That one step makes the rest usable.
Trust Cars Libya reads a VIN from a photo with Google Cloud Vision. Reading it was the easy part. The real work was teaching the app when to refuse: glare, half a plate, a cropped frame. A wrong VIN is worse than a retake.
