@FirstWestYorks since you no longer post updates on X where exactly on you website do I find live updates on changed routes, diversions or temporary delays? I can only find limited info on planned diversions? How would I know if a service might be running late today?

@FirstWestYorks @Quigmeister I hope this number is available during all hours that you operate a bus service, to allow us to check before we travel.

@FirstWestYorks Maybe I'll stop paying fares then, if I'm then a threat to the driver I should just get a warning to pay in future as I get off. Since conditions of carriage are only suggestions. Or maybe report breaches of the Health Act (2006) directly to the relevant body.

@FirstWestYorks Hi @FirstWestYorks more issues with this this week, but driver not willing to do anything - not sure what you expect the police to do if I call them, on a moving bus - they'd have to chase us down.

@FirstWestYorks X84 only 5 mins late today, as you monitor passenger data etc can you please advise what percentage left Otley bus station towards Leeds on time in the last 7 days? That's only about 150 buses.

@FirstWestYorks still waiting for the 1832 34 from Leeds bus station. Currently 1 hour late, and the 1908gasnt got here yet either. And why was the 1900 X84 cancelled?
