I had to sleep in the airport as all hotels were booked. To make matters worse I had to fly to an alternate city, rent a car and drive two hours a day later to my destination. Is this how @AmericanAir treats their priority members ? Tried calling to discuss to get hung up on.

I had another disastrous experience flying @AmericanAir my flight was delayed as the staff was late which caused me to miss my connecting flight. When approaching the customer service desk in Chicago the rep told me “don’t bother I’m not helping call the 800 number”.

But out of good faith they’d give me $125 travel credit. What a joke. This is how they treat their “priority” clients. They expected me to wait four days in a random city. @Delta @BreezeAirways @SouthwestAir @united would never do this to their clients. #clownshow

I missed a connecting flight with @AmericanAir because of their planes “technical difficulties”. To get to my destination they stated they couldn’t get me there u til 4 days later. Thats right 4 days later. So they sent me to a destination 98 miles from my destination cont.

That flight was delayed over an hour. Once landed I had to rent a car and drive home arriving at 4am. I contact @AmericanAir asking to be reimbursed for the rental car and they said because I jumped on an alternative flight they met there obligation. Cont.
