I rented a car from @HertzUK a few weeks ago and after a couple of miles it broke down as I had been rented a car with no oil in it! I waited 4 hours for recovery and was told by the Cardiff office I would get some money back but I'm still waiting. Tried calling to no avail
@HertzUK Hi Marina, Thank you - I have just sent the email as requested.
@HertzUK I'm trying to DM you but it says I need to upgrade to X premium to do so. If you follow me this may fix it or do you have an email address I can send my details to instead?
@HertzUK Thanks Marina, I will DM you now
I'm currently broken down on the side of the road in a @HertzUK hire car with an oil pressure fault, waiting for roadside assistance. The time the assistance will arrive keeps getting later. If the car can't be repaired at roadside how/when can I get a replacement car?

After a home breakdown call out to @TheRAC_UK at 8.40am 48 hours ago, you tried to send a patrol in the middle of the night last night! Our rescue tracking link still says between 10am-2pm yesterday!

I reported my breakdown to @TheRAC_UK at 8.40 yesterday morning and still waiting for rescue! That's 32 hours! This can't be considered good enough
