@UNIONBANK_NG How can a bank with sense charge her customer this kind of amount and tag it what ever they want to tag it just to steal from her own customer on a saving account that I have 23k for over 4months without having any transaction on that account..

@AmazonHelp Up until now my account has not been resolved I keep calling every day and all I get is we will contact you after 24hours and never get a response... If Amazon will not resolve my account then I should get my money back

@AmazonHelp Trying to find out I meant I called Amazon but I wasn't getting any response that answered my question of my items I ordered because I see no reason why one will just be logged out of his or her account just like that. It baffles me because I have been ordering items here

@AmazonHelp Yes Which what I was asked for was to upload my means of payment to surely identify I could make use of that payment method but then I only make use of my Amazon Gift Card and not an ATM card

@AmazonHelp Well, I only make use of a phone number and not email and when this happened I didn't get any alert not until I went to check myself and noticed it.

@Samwealth01 Hi there, we're very sorry to hear this. We're happy to help you in any way possible. Can you let us know which marketplace this relates to? Is it Amazon (.co.uk / .com etc.)? -Mike.
