One of these sleeping bags is fit for purpose, has an outer bag with required straps and is an appropriate size… the other one is the women’s one. Same sleeping bag, same brand, just the gender that differs… @NEMOEquipment is there an explanation for this??

@BritishGasHelp Following a discussion with Devyani on customer service chat I will be raising a formal complaint about him too. There is absolutely no information that he is willing to provide or acknowledgement of the impact to the health and welfare of a vulnerable adult.

. @BritishGas my very vulnerable elderly neighbour has just received a bill for nearly £5000 (in error). He is distraught, this is a clear issue and he is now left without any food money. This needs to be urgently rectified

We are 20th position in a queue online and he is frantic. How can this be resolved urgently for him, before it seriously and adversely impacts his health

Yesterday at the @UCDFitness swimming pool I was shocked to be reprimanded by a staff member for breastfeeding my 7-month old baby, asked to leave, and to go to a changing cubicle to feed him. Here’s what happened and why it’s not ok… (1/x)

@talktoBOI I am still unable to access my app banking. How can this be reset- it’s says the device is registered and I have changed by pin and my user name is correct! Just no access

@talktoBOI I have been painstakingly trying to access my online/ app banking. I’ve got my User ID and updated Pin etc but continuously get this error. I’ve gone through contact us multiple times and no option leads me to the right end. Is there a person to speak to?

@talktoBOI I live in the U.K. but the account is Irish- this number doesn’t work for me! Is there an alternative?

@ZARA just spoke to the most miserably unhelpful customer service rep on your U.K. line I believe her name was Sara. Enough to put anyone off of Zara honestly

Dublin airport is actually a disgrace, 4 full marquee area built outside for people to queue out there rather than just paying people properly and giving decent contracts to get security moving @DublinAirport #daltonphillips
