@Hermesparcels I’ve been asked to contact you, as my parcel is sent able to be delivered on Tuesday and have tried through your online digital chat, but have still had no update on when I will get my parcel. Please can you let me know, as this isn’t good customer service.

@BootsHelp hi, I tried to make an order online however it came up, after I put my payment details in and pressed pay, with unable to place your order currently. However the money is showing as a pending transaction out of my bank account. I have been waiting on hold for 20mins.

@studio_co_uk I have called you 5 times trying to get a refund and collection of my delivery that was damaged when I opened it. Promised a call back and no has. Terrible customer service. Not impressed.

@Gymshark_Help I’ve ordered two new pairs of Flex high waisted leggings in black/charcoal on 12th March 2021 and already one pair has a hole with a run (like you would get on a pair of tights) from the crotch up the back. Please can you advise what you can do to help?

@nectar when looking at my points balance I seemed to have lost 9000 points. I doubled up my points to make £100 on 17th November but had £45 left, but now I only have £2.73 left.

@easyJet have a flight booked for July to Slovenia. Want to try to reschedule flight for the same time next year. Online we can only change our flight up to May 2021. Can we change our flight to then or if not, can we have a credit note refund so we can rebook for the summer.
