On this blessed month no bad habit is impossible to break.. forever and no good habit is impossible to pick up.
Please continue to post your Ramadan reminders.. but if you can do so without the use of music imagine the many hearts it can benefit.. yours included.
Isn’t it amazing how there are people we don’t even speak to anymore and yet somehow they make it to our daily Duas. It’s as though we are more connected spiritually than we are through physical bonds. May Allah give them the best in this world and the next.
What is life? If not our experiences, our interpretations of those experiences, and how we react in accordance to those interpretations and impersonal experiences.
They say “if u fight fire with fire.. you’ll eventually get burned”.. but what they fail to mention is the innocent people who get caught in those crossfires. U can let ur anger light u up into flames.. or u can take a moment to make wiser decisions that keep ur loved ones safe.
A deer running for its life and a lion trying to find something to eat... Survival could mean different things depending on the Point of View.
In a world that’s only interested in talking.. pause and take the time to listen. Everybody wants to be be heard but how we supposed to hear one another if all we do is talk?
If time is more precious than money then why do you guard your wallet but are wasteful of your time?
You’re quick to forgive others, and hear them out. You’re so patient with them as you realize growth takes time… You’re a gentle soul yet somehow you can’t extend this courtesy for yourself?
The darkness that comes with revenge consumes all of light that is present in our souls. Succumbing to such an evil is the very reason why wickedness continues to reign. A new cycle of hatred, chaos & destruction. What might or power do we hold onto?
We all interpret things differently. To be narrow minded is to assume that there is but one interpretation.. yours.
Be respectful of peoples differences. It doesn’t matter whether they have a different accent, culture or background. In the end of the day we’re Muslims and our deen prohibits belittling others, bullying and generalizing/ racism.

We are officially halfway through the year and it’s ok to be feeling a little burnt out/overwhelmed. But guess what? You have done more than enough. There’s another six months to go.. God willing. So take a moment to stop what ur doing… and breath. Don’t be so hard on yourself.
You can’t force people to listen to you. You can’t make people feel what you feel. You can’t make them see your understanding. But what you can do is attempt to listen to them... to demonstrate how much you care.
There’s a reason why every scholastic person makes it a point to listen more than you talk. When your goal is to constantly be heard in every conversation.. then you lose out on learning. Listening requires patience & discipline and that effort is then rewarded with knowledge.
Everybody’s fighting a war in their heads.. but don’t let that war distance your heart from those who love you.
If you fear dying in your current state.. congratulations as it means you have imaan. If you are alive.. breathing right now.. take heed of that time and spend it by doing something you wouldn’t fear dying.. whilst doing.
