@united Every domestic flight I fly with you has issues. Today UA4177. Maintenance on board. Expectations of you are rock bottom

@united Just stop all the useless comms in flight. A Rube Goldberg machine video is cute once but feels insulting the 3rd time you are forced to watch.

@united Your announcements are spam. Give frequent travelers a choice. Most of us don’t need the same announcement again and again in 3 languages . Shorten announcements and stop trying to make them entertaining. It just lengthens the torture

@united @Starlink UA 1831 missed its departure slot because you decided to load one more bag after closing up. How many passengers did you frack off for that piece of bad judgement.

@united @Starlink Just get the basics right. Fly your passengers in moderate comfort, with dignity and bag space for that one carry on and be on time. Don’t insult our intelligence with fake reviews and PR generated comments on fripperies

@Ennis1970M @united @ChicagoBears This must be a PR paid account. No one who flies United #united compliments it

@Dulles_Airport Every time I arrive in Dulles and take your crappy shuttle after a long flight I am reminded of how badly run this airport is

@united Please don’t use your already excessive inflight announcements for long sales pitches for credit cards. The effect is counterproductive.

@united Why are you stuck in the 20th century with your pre-take off comms. I don’t need endless announcements. I don’t need to know the pilot and Purser’s name. I know to fasten seat belt. Make instructions brief.
