@iDMobileUK be very wary of chat line. I got told I could get expert advice for £1 which would be refunded and a site has taken £35 off me and put me on a subscription. ID denying this and no manager to speak to.

@monzo I have constantly tried to log in and also telephoned help and they cannot help at all. Just keeps saying we are checking identity and nothing. Just going round in circles.

@Secretsales beware of this site. I placed an order which they cancelled without giving a reason. They refunded the cost of the goods but not the coat of postage. Have not replied to my complaint

@TeessideLive What do we pay council tax for? People with gardens probably pay more council tax than those without so are not being subsidised by them.

@virginmedia I have wasted all day today and can't give 7 hours more waiting for a call. I simply don't want to renew my contract and can't understand why this is so hard.

@virginmedia I have tried again and been told you are very busy. Virtual assistant clicked in. If you say you can't wait you are just told to ring and you won't accept my memorable code

@virginmedia I have been trying to cancancel for 6 hours. Cirrual assistant goes round in circles. Waited an hour on the phone to be told a new deal. Then 45 minutes for chat with assistant who offered me a deal which I declined and said I wanted to cancel but no reply. Just tried again
