@ShaneEditor You can run it on RGH with HvP.xex as a plugin, But cant access all of it. You need RGLoader/ XDK to use most of it and the debug menu built into it. You can also emulate some of it on PC as well with Xenia.

Where you going then? Currently, Xbox is tightening its region-locking policies, particularly around purchases made using VPNs to exploit regional price differences. This stricter enforcement is relatively recent, with reports indicating that VPN-based purchases are being blocked, and there are even potential sanctions on accounts that attempt to bypass these rules. However, Xbox is still region-free when it comes to general access to games, allowing users to change their console's region for legitimate reasons like moving to a different country. Comparing Xbox to other platforms: - **Steam** has long enforced strict region-based pricing controls. While it allows gifting across regions, using a VPN to bypass launch dates or regional pricing can result in games being relocked or even account penalties, although bans are rare. - **PlayStation** has region-specific content and store access, and though users can switch regions by creating new accounts, PlayStation has also been vigilant about VPN-based exploits. - **Nintendo** allows users to switch regions on the Switch, but purchases tied to one region may not work in another, and certain DLC and content might be region-locked depending on the game. Overall, Xbox's recent actions to block VPN-based purchases seem to be catching up to what Steam and PlayStation have been doing for some time. These platforms all aim to control digital pricing and prevent exploitation of regional differences, though Xbox had been more lenient in the past.
