Am I supposed to be impressed that billionaires are going to space while they’ve paid zero in federal income taxes some years? Nope. It’s time to invest in working people here on Earth.
@SenSanders What did they add to the world by going to the space while they don't contribute to the society ?it is an irony that they are bailed out by TAX PAYERS money but they don't pay tax WHY ?
@SenSanders Payed my taxes (or my boss did) for all my working life! Don't like to see RICH people not paying theirs!!!
@SenSanders If you don’t like the tax loopholes, why haven’t you done anything about them in the last 149 years you’ve been in Congress?
@SenSanders What about the oil subsidies you support? What about the contributions you get from big oil? How much do you donate to charity? What shell companies do you have for investing? What about your Boeing connections yet you say nothing about the billions they waste? Get real
@SenSanders And in our quality of life!! Please get F-35 bombers out of our residential neighborhoods. Thank you.
@SenSanders Yes, you should be impressed by the one that has gotten payload to orbit and pays a 53% marginal tax rate in years that he has income. He's also the one who has publicly stated that well over 99% of our spending should be used for solving problems on Earth. @elonmusk
@SenSanders Do you understand the number and diversity of employees these companies employ along with their suppliers? @elonmusk has created opportunities that would have never existed without the privatization of space.
@SenSanders Yes, time to invest in people & representatives they vote for, and defend their right to access true information on what is being made in their name. When will you voice on the defense of a world-renowned journalist who is the object of abominable persecution by your government?
