Thinking is lower dimensions. Evidence observation & analysis is for lower dimensions. Statistics & evidence analysis should only be used in lower dimensions but we extrapolate to higher dimensions believing it's same. Which dimension matters when applying evidence analysis.

A bit extreme. Regulatory press releases should be a last resort tool. Regulators have powers to direct any licensee to modify adverts, social media posts, issue statements clarifying their operations, etc. A simple thing like Chipper Technologies t/a Chipper Cash could suffice.
