@penguinusa Hairstyles of the Damned by Joe Meno. Most hilarious and also one of the more heart-breaking books I’ve had the pleasure of reading.

@AOC Considering the bill needed reconciliation to pass, what’s the likelihood of future relief for the American people if it’s needed? It’s clear that more right-leaning politicians, including some establishment Dems aren’t keen on helping Americans weather the pandemic financially.

@NBCPolitics Can’t say I didn’t see this coming. But the facts were clear. Trump was guilty. Our democracy in the US is broken. What we have is an oligarchy. The will of the people amounts to nothing if we depend on a two-party system dominated by the wealthy.

@Oliver_delaPaz Probably got the students more engaged to be honest. You’ll have to add a question about it on a quiz or something to gauge who was paying attention that day. Lol

@StotabSSB @briantylercohen Unfortunately, that’s not the law. I believe in term limits as much as the next person, but saying they automatically can’t be President again after being President one term is taking it too far.

@jaesex1223 @briantylercohen Well, unfortunately I don’t make the rules for Twitter. Twitter does.

@Pebbles78623 @RealCarlAllen @AOC @HawleyMO That still doesn’t point to election fraud. I sent in a mail in ballot and if I chose to only vote for the presidential race and none of the others that’d be my prerogative. And just because they’re the last ballots counted doesn’t mean they were last-minute submissions.

@jaesex1223 @briantylercohen Doesn’t change the fact Twitter has the discretion to ban users violating their policies. Clearly the moderators made a mistake allowing that abhorrent content on the platform, but they are doing the right thing denying Trump a platform.

@jaesex1223 @briantylercohen You’re free to say whatever you want. Just like a private corporation is free to ban people who violate their terms of service.

@AltPress @Myspace Depends what era of my MySpace use. I think one of the first I added was “Cute Without the E (cut from the team)” by Taking Back Sunday. Also recall having a Silverstein song at one point.

@RealCarlAllen @AOC @HawleyMO Exactly. Many GOP candidates won their campaigns in the 2020 election, and not a single won who won their campaigns expressed concerns about the legality of their victory, only the Presidential race they lost on the same ticket their colleagues won on. That’s telling.

@MrJohnRuggieri @AOC @HawleyMO @SpeakerPelosi I can perhaps address why turnabout isn’t fair play. The GOP has a history of voter suppression to keep themselves in power while making it harder for democrat-leaning citizens to cast a vote. I’d object to that too since this is a democracy. But that’s not why the GOP objected.

@RealCarlAllen @AOC @HawleyMO 5 people are dead because of GOP lies. This is the Republican Benghazi incident only worse because a sitting President incited this violence to steal an election he lost. Almost all his lawsuits failed and none showed widespread fraud, but the GOP still lies about voter fraud.
