Overall I’m pretty happy with this date. It’s early enough in summer to not feel too far away — and a week is enough time for me to explore a “Limgrave” sized Elden Ring expansion.

I really hope the PS Showcase does happen that week. It’d be great timing between ToTK launching on the 12th and the avalanche of games and news in June. It’s like the only free week left.

No, I’m good. I’ve been avoiding the internet a lot because of this game lately. I’m not gonna watch a stream then. I will probably watch the VOD after I beat the game though. I always liked Treehouse segments.

Just beat Hi-Fi Rush — everyone was right, it’s a great game. It absolutely feels like a game from the DC/PS2/GC/XB era, but backed by modern technology. As someone who’s bad at rhythm as well, they managed to make the game really accessible and easy to learn despite being deep.

My power went out yesterday, so that was a great excuse to get out and finally see the Mario Movie. Overall I liked it a lot. It was very fun and all the references will keep a fan on their toes. I’d be down for a sequel or another Nintendo movie. #SuperMarioBrosMovie

I’ve been a denier every time someone expected Hollow Knight Silksong at one of these since it’s bigger than an Indie World. But it recently was mentioned in MS Rewards and had a clip in a recent Game Pass ad that usually focuses on games out or out soon…So ya never know.

The N64 was great for me as a kid because its highs were classics. The big negative was its library was small, but as a kid that couldn’t buy my own games I didn’t need a million releases. If I was an adult then I probably would’ve complained about the dry spells.
