One onion, one sweet pepper, one celery stalk, some sweetcorn - chopped & filled 3 large flat mushrooms - into the oven, then grated cheddar on, under the grill. Tossed the extra veg onto the plate along with a vine tomato (seasoned with salt & pepper).

We were in Gibraltar, just finished with Exercise Springtrain, all gearing up to sail West to the Atlantic and then turn North for UK & Easter leave. Leave cancelled & signals in to get arses into gear & head South - before Hermes & the others sailed #Falklands40 #Falklands

Jacket Potatoes with steak mince (Onions softened, mince, sweet pepper, mushrooms, veggie stock pot, splash of hendersons, splash of mushroom ketchup, half pint of water & thickened at the end with cornstarch).
