@TMobile he doesn’t call me back. So I call back at 9:15.. T-Mobile is closed. They close at 9 pm pst. so r u telling me he purposely acted like he couldn’t hear me because you were technically closed and he didn’t want to help settle my old account. This is BEYOND RIDICULOUS

@TMobile wow! I was on the line with a supervisor for 59 mins. He put me on a brief hold. Comes back at 9:11 pm and says, “I cannot hear you. Hello? I think your mute is on, hello?” I frantically check, my mute was not on!!! I kept saying hello. He hangs up. I wait. (1/2)

@TMobile why don’t you call your customers back when you disconnect??I was talking to I believe, Sean, a supervisor who is trying to unblock my Husband’s SIM card from not working! I was talking to Mark, he then transferred me.. then Sean was helping and put me on hold. It ended

@TMobileHelp How is it, that here you would be able to, but you’re technical support isn’t allowed to authenticate unless they send a code to number we don’t have access to or no token since the store had already closed? You’re telling me you could right here but your technical team can’t?

@TMobile I have been dealing with your customer services for over 3 hrs. This is ridiculous. Please have a supervisor call me back. I am so close to cancelling my whole account.

@TMobileHelp There’s nothing you can help with. Supervisor said I have to go into a store, AGAIN because the token expired. Again, this is ridiculous. What is the point of using the PIN CODE if that doesn’t get you fully into your account

@TMobileHelp That’s the thing, you can’t verify the account because we cancelled on 3/4 and have no access to that line! So now we have to go into a store AGAIN, and get a token. We cancelled this 3/4 and for some reason your team didn’t in fact cancel it!

It’s been 11 days and I still haven’t heard back from @CA_EDD #PFL DEPARTMENT. Can some1 please call 🔙 or email? I still have not been paid. You say payment is approved but you have more ??’s. This shouldn’t take this long to receive a benefit I have paid into since I was 17!

When you call @CA_EDD 2 mins after they open (8am) and they state they’ve received the maximum number of callers for the day! Yesterday I called one minute before 8 and got the same message! @GavinNewsom get EDD together! We pay into our SDI! We should be able to use it! #PFL

Hey @CA_EDD Todd called me at 9:36 am. I have been calling back since and cannot get through to anyone. He has a question about my PFL claim. Please call back. Your site mentions replies may be slow due to COVID-19. That was 6 years ago. You should not be this SLOW still! #caedd

@CA_EDD GET IT TOGETHER! How do you not have a call back system in place? It is 2026! It’s scary that we work and pay into SDI and can’t even get our disability when we have a baby. It’s been almost a year. Pick up the phone! @GavinNewsom (2/2)
