A @JCSMJournal study shows that 400 mg of caffeine taken up to 6 hours before bedtime can significantly disrupt sleep, reducing it by over an hour. To promote healthy sleep, limit caffeine to the morning. For an afternoon boost, try a brisk walk, cold water, or a quick stretch!
