Ego = Edging God Out. Have a a 51/49 balance of humility and ego as a leader. Many think that humility shows weakness. It's the complete opposite. It takes strength to be humble.
Life is a series of problems. Discipline is the basic set of tools we require to solve life's problems. Without discipline we can't solve anything, with it can solve everything.
Somewhere between where we are, and where we want to be is all the stuff we know we need to do that we "don't feel" like doing.
When you set out to do something great, there are going to be setbacks. There are going to be a million reasons to quit. How bad do you want it? Are you going to give in at the first sign of adversity? Or are you going to push through?
Long term commitment over short term emotions. Too many people look at commitment based on how they feel. What they fail to realize is that commitment is not emotional. It’s a choice.
Make a promise to yourself that you will do the hard things at least 90% of the time. It doesn't take discipline to give in to what you "feel" like doing. It takes discipline to do what you "don't feel" like doing that you know you need to do.

It's time to take charge of your life!! Set your goals, stay committed. Hold yourself accountable and make the necessary sacrifices. Success comes to those who are willing to put in the work and stay disciplined, regardless of outside. circumstances.
You will be given a million reasons to stop in your mind, and a million reasons why this is ok. You must have endurance to be great. Not giving up doesn't always guarantee success, but giving up guarantees failure.
What do you expect your team to do for you? Show respect? Loyalty? Results? You have to do the same for them.
Many people see the perks of leadership but few seek the expectations and problems that come with it. 💯
