It’s time for Twitter to become part of the Metaverse. “That’s a monopoly.” No, it’s a cinematic universe, let it happen.

Periodically, I’m tempted to get back on Twitter. Then I actually open it.

I now feed birds, do a daily crossword, and complain when things are “too sweet.” At 25, I’m already my grandmother.

My toxic trait is getting snacks to eat while watching a movie, then finishing them all during the first trailer.

Typing “kind regards”, pausing for a moment to consider just how livid you are… and then savagely deleting the “kind”.

Going to start representing myself as an “inside source” to tabloids, so I can generate headlines like this: BREAKING: John Mulaney’s ferret groomer says Mulaney’s insistence on naming his child Ferrets Wheel caused strain on his relationship with Olivia Munn

What I miss the most about movie theaters is going to a Marvel movie and then watching as people leave before the credits scene. How do they not know? Do they not care? Such abandon!

Research help needed! Which of the following Jane Austen novels you think is the best? I’d also love to hear more of your thoughts on why, and I’d extra love it if you could share this. Thank you! 💜

I have a lot of thoughts on Jane Austen’s work. I also kind of love surveys. If you do too, please participate in my brief Jane Austen survey! As a bonus, I’ll send some printable bookmarks as a thank you 💜 forms.gle/u7tsutKA9FkgNa…

@JocelynNielson Thank you so much! I will definitely be taking you up on that. Always excited to make a new Austen friend 💜 I’m actually working on a slightly longer survey (about 5-6 questions) on this topic. Could I share with you when it’s done?

@JocelynNielson This is how I feel! I’m going to be arguing in favor of Persuasion as her greatest story, even though it’s often overshadowed. Thanks so much for sharing - very helpful! 💜
