@Sitting_Rabbit @taxwatch HMRC exploit ambiguity to extort max tax. HMRC has its own guidance on how to interpret rules which it then ignores when it suits. Navigating this as a taxpayer severely impedes the legal battles that can be won against HMRC's limitless funds - they then brag of 100% success.
