@lancergirl85 @LeekesLtd @scssofas Leekes have agreed to replace the damaged chairs, shame they weren’t concerned about the mess the delivery drivers left or the mud throughout my house! 🥺

Think twice before ordering furniture from @LeekesLtd continuous delayed deliveries. Furniture finally arrived today, 3 out of four chairs damaged and the delivery drivers tread mud all through my house and left polystyrene packaging all over my kitchen floor! #notimpressed #joke

@BristolCouncil I ordered bins when I moved into my new house on 26/11 and I’m still waiting for them to be delivered. I have called your office numerous times & your ‘escalation process’ is useless. Sort it out! Xmas is looming and I am already surrounded in 4 weeks of rubbish!

@OTTYSleep Ordered my Otty Kingsize mattress at the start of November, ready for delivery to move into my new house on Friday. Had a phone call late last night to advise Otty have supplier issues and my mattress now won’t be delivered until 4th December at the earliest.

@OTTYSleep @OTTYSleep OTTY, I have called and emailed numerous times and am still waiting for a response to my email requesting your formal complaints procedure. Last email sent again yesterday. I’d be very grateful if OTTY would have the decency to at least reply.
