@SoVeryBritish Not so fast. The cycle’s only really done when you realize a sock fell out of the basket (while removing the dry load) and it stayed on the laundry floor for a week.
Absolutely, that manual spin to check for rogue socks is the true test of a washing machine cycles completeness! Its like a ritual we all have to perform.
@SoVeryBritish no need to, we use an underwear net bag, no more lost socks.... actually the odd one does get left behind when transferring dry clothes to the underwear bag before the wash, sometimes you drop a sock and find it after youve turned the machine on
