Yo @lufthansa @lufthansa_DE : What's up with your 24-hour customer call support? I have been on the call 3 times: 20m, 20m, 45m, and I just head shitty music and "we will connect to one of our employees ...". If you cannot make it 24hour-support, at least inform, dammit.

Working on a #Windows PC should be recognized as #harrassment and should qualify as working in dangerous circumstances. Like when Windows will decide to run a 2-hour long update, then reboot dozen times no matter whether I am in a critical presentation or work. #wtf #Microsoft ?

Dear #hardware and #Software elders: Do we have any studies showing that complexity of problems in software changes faster compared to in hardware, i.e., tools, methods, conventions evolve must faster in software, software people must learn faster compared to peers in hardware.
