Growth company wanting fast revenue? Use my Fail Forward Framework. Fail small, fail fast, and fail often with big ideas. Ask questions like: "How can we prove/disprove this idea in one week?" Or "What is one way we start generating revenue in 3 months and not 12?"

You MUST be asking your company, your people and yourSELF better questions. Seek to KNOW what's going on and don't settle if the answer just doesn't feel genuine. Formulate a better question and don't neglect to ask it!
