There's this beautiful moment while building software when you can express new functionality with the existing building blocks.There's no need to introduce new things.Everything falls in place. Your past abstractions are all that's needed to express the new problem. It's magical.

I think that you can learn a lot about a company's culture and how they value people by looking at how they treat people who join. And I believe that you can see the real culture and how they really value people by looking at how they treat people who leave. Well done!

I wish employers would understand that culture is not just perks & happy hours. It’s also the way employees work. 8am & 5pm meetings? That’s culture. Constantly being scheduled over lunch hours? Culture. False sense of urgency? Culture. Improperly scoped projects? Culture.
