@KUTfromtheKloth bought 3 pairs of the same jeans and all the zippers broke after a month. Faulty! Love the jeans but such a disappointment. Will not be ordering from them again or @nordstromrack

@KUTfromtheKloth I purchased 3 pairs of the same jeans and the zipper breaks. I’ve tried to contact @nordstromrack and they couldn’t do anything to help. It’s past the return period and no refund can be issued. I’ve only had the jeans for 2 months. Very unhappy.

Don’t order from @UrbanOutfitters if their product is described incorrectly on their website they tell you to keep/donate product and then still charge you for it. Absolutely ridiculous. Will NEVER order from them again. 👎🏻

@hm interesting we are all in the middle of a pandemic but you can’t waive the $5.99 shipping fee so ppl don’t have to go into stores. Thought we were all in this together? Awful customer service.
