This year I have a “sick kids” kid, so watching the @VancityReynolds video hit a bit different, got a bit teary watching, my husband however just said “ oh @blakelively is donating money..oh a simple favour 2 comes out soon” clearly hit him the same way..

Before my son was born I pictured him crawling around at Christmas, having a nice big tree up and just enjoy our time. Instead he’s wandering around with his walker at 9ms, ramming everything. Let’s just say it’s a small tree, high up and I’m exhausted 😂

Well once the 10hr white noise playlist ended Spotify decided I might like. At 2am, to hearing the creepiest “Sshing” noise ever.. when I tell you I sat bolt upright in bed terrified and confused! Bright side though, Baby did sleep for 3hr stretches last night!

Going to sleep with white noise on is like a tease, your brain is like yeah we are in a plane going somewhere exciting.. you wake up and the only place you have travelled is to the other side of the bed 🙃

Not gonna lie, since using the Johnson’s baby lotion on the baby, my arms and hands have never been smoother.. also that stuff smells amazing!

When I tell you I power walked up that hill to get to coffee and cake from the little coffee place on the corner, something I had been so excited to do with the baby! It’s so nice to walk and not feel out of breath!

Our cat Toby has just being going around “product testing” all the babies items.. I assume they have passed inspection but I await the final report. He’s currently sleeping in.. sorry testing.. the crib

Being a new parent is just ordering single items on Amazon every time you realize you need more of something or don’t have something… in the two days since my son came home, I’ve ordered like 8 things! Granted some we couldn’t get at the store as they were sold out…
