Big misconception: all MBB interviews are pure strategy. They’re not. You’ll face ops, implementation, org cases, etc. too. Often more than strategy. 🛠️
Most candidates think case interviews are about solving. They’re not. They’re about showing the interviewer how you think through the problem. 🧩
🤝New consultants think speed impresses. It rarely does, and can even backfire when clients feel rolled over. Clients value clarity over fast answers. Slow down → explain → earn trust.
