@British_Airways unable to work without connectivity. I am sure the excuse will be that your rolling out WiFi across the fleet, but why have 4 of the 787-9 been left out or stopped. Is it because this is a leisure route and you really only care about business routes?

@British_Airways utterly disgusted, how in 2026 can you have a long haul plane without WiFi, I could not give a monkeys about your ongoing investment in Starlink, this affects me today, and I cannot work as planned on this flight. It’s a long flight…BA61 flight to Male.

@British_Airways Many airlines have bigger fleets than BA and they have fully rolled out WiFi across their whole fleets. Long haul aircraft should be completed by now. Completely disappointed, there is so much I need to do, and now will be doing nothing for 10 hours…this is not productive

@British_Airways I am not understanding whatsoever. It’s 2026 your first started installing WI-FI years ago, I went to Bangalore 3 years ago and the 787 did not have WiFi. Absolutely pathetic…why has the fleet not have WiFi installed 3 years later

@Barclaycard called today to close my account. Had a call back from your offshore team saying for a technical reason I must use my card in order for you to close my account…no I don’t, I could not care about your technical reasons, just close the account.
