@mlvsmsn @jsukraj @IKEACanada I was transferred in chat to a resolution person and first I queue with an estimated wait time of 5 mins. That 5 mins took 1.5 hrs. Fml.

@zbellaa76 @IKEACASupport Jenn. I'm super frustrated right now. Word can't express how mad I am with dealing with Ikea and their online order and support team. I'm in the phone waiting and got transferred in chat I'm next in queue and it's been almost 1.25 hrs.

@IKEACASupport I sent you a DM regarding my order. 2 delivery dates that never happened and several excuses now on why it isn't being delivered. Cancel my order so I can get my money back. A manager is suppose to call me back from the Coq store and nothing yet.
