Make It Count. What are you setting a goal for right now? Gym, new business? All in. You and your time is valuable. Make it count.
When you focus on the knowing that you create your reality, everyday…. It becomes easier to find a better feeling thought.

Time to change the “reward” being that latte, that tv break, that scrolling. What is your balance in gifting the reward of ie., something challenging today, one more new connection with someone today, one more tech skill you learnt today.
