When I’m tired simple food just hits the spot. Rice with lots of butter and salt, a delicious small batch fish sauce and soy. Steamed broccoli and a handful of toasted pine nuts. Warm, nutty, green, savory and sweet.

When I was deep in my yoga teaching studies, one of the practices I instilled while driving, was to give people the benefit of the doubt. And though it curbs a lot of the anger that can arise in the car, I still think that most drivers are assholes 🙃
