LICs healthcare systems have almost collapsed, in Uganda alone about 3 million people are estimated to slip into poverty by end of 2020, most affected are women and youth whose small businesses have closed! #CancelTheDebt @ugandadebtnet

LICs should invest in productive sectors i.e. trade, agriculture, industry, extractives... growth of these sectors will contribute greatly to enhancing Domestic Revenue Mobilisation hence putting an end to vicious cycle of debt #CancelTheDebt
