@TapeOutCF @Blonskr 恭喜 TapeOut CF 上线。我是 TapePool 的 Ken，很认同 Proof of Build 的思路。征求意见期间提一个建议：希望 grant 也能覆盖生态应用的第三方安全审计，尤其是涉及用户资金的 DeFi 项目。TapePool 上线后，我们也计划把可复用的开源工具登记到 PoB。
@cheuk_baby @musinoot 可以理解为 TapeOut 版的 Aave，但更像是预支：矿机接入后，债务（借款加固定费用）最多为预期基础算力产出的 85%（7 天）或 80%（14 天），由挖矿收益自动偿还。 BEM 价格波动不会触发清算。
@musinoot 感谢莫信的详细解读。起步规模小是有意为之：项目仍在开发中，并计划做安全审计。我们会一步一步来，资金池规模会随时间逐步扩大。规模越大，资金池和风险管理的挑战也越大，所以上限会分阶段放开：安全优先，再扩大规模。
