Dear @zapier - I love your service and have been a paying customer for years. Suggestion: when you force someone to change from a legacy plan, please have the checkout experience reflect that situation. It’s very different from someone who is actually “downgrading” their plan.

Gmail’s “Vacation Responder” settings take three clicks and scrolling to the very bottom of the page to find. This shows you how much they (and many companies, unfortunately) actually prioritize and promote a work/life balance.

My son (11) asked to cut his hockey hair to a mullet. Where did I go wrong? Apparently, mullets are cool (again?) with the youths. Not sure if it’s “cool cool” or “ironic cool.”
