Whirlpool/Hotpoint sent out an engineer today. He didn’t have a clue. Said no record of call out on 18th December! Was looking up how to repair appliance on his computer! Said I need to order a part! I ordered it in December! He was supposed to bring it today!! Scream!!

Why do I spend all my time calling customer service departments and being held in queues! HP tell me that they no longer support my scanner model and suggest my only solution is to purchase another one!

That’s it! I’ve had it with Apple. Every time I update my system Safari doesn’t work, my Sonos system doesn’t work. I waste so much time endlessly trying to fix problems. I just want a trouble-free existence without all the hassle and stress!!!
