It is indeed a very good news for Poland. However, having today 20% in gold reserves Poland is “only” around the worldwide average. Still long way to go to multiple European countries holding up to 80% in gold reserves.

That’s something most Bitcoiners refuse to see. As did I before I looked at the data myself. From 1988 to today: M2 grew 5.6% per year, S&P500 TR grew 11.6%. It doesn’t mean it will continue like this into the future - most likely it won’t. But facts are facts.

We need to be careful with this. USTs account for only about half of total USD reserves (rest is bank deposits, MMFs, MBS etc.). Nice that share of gold is rising, but overall USD is doing fine as reserve asset as @JoeCarlasare likes to remind.
