Sens have had a great start to the season. Tonight’s a B2B game with travel, 3 rookies on the backend, and backup goalie starting. Not expecting a win tonight, but will be very impressed if they pull it off!

@SensCentral Good energy, need to get more shots on net. Stay out of the box and they'll be fine.

2024-25 Senators: Lose games they deserve to win against good teams, and win games they deserve to lose against bad teams.

Didn’t think he played a great game, but give him credit for that big save on Kucherov’s one timer to preserve the lead. Very timely.

Will be very curious to see Forsberg’s GSAx after this game.

Huge 5-on-3 kill leading to Gregor’s beauty of a shorty! Great awareness and pass by Pinto.

Not a bad second period either despite being outscored 3-2. Forsberg lets in a softie and a couple minor mistakes / fluky plays leading to goals. Good on the Sens to answer back after blowing the leads they had.

Great 1st period for Ottawa. Crisp passing, strong forecheck, and taking advantage of their opportunities. Let’s see if they can do it for the full 60. Also noticed Green has switched up the lines a bit.

If you had told me the Sens would start 1-1 after games against Florida and Montreal, I’d have believed you. I wouldn’t have believed they’d beaten Florida but lost to Montreal 😅
